dbara. Howsomeever, let it be noted this is a real news item (Caprican/dbaran provenance notwithstanding ;), and Edgar Mitchell is one of the highly respected Apollo astronauts who walked on the moon with Apollo 14 in 1971.

I believe what the man has to say. I have personally seen UFOs 4 times in my life (and was driving and so not able to see what my passenger saw during a 5th encounter), usually when living in or traveling through rural areas where (it turns out) UFOs have frequently been spotted. I was generally not alone in the witnessing of them.

Oddly enough, I've also worked for NASA, though not in any capacity that in any way touched upon alien life forms. I do now and then run SETI At Home at my desk top (http://setiathome.berkeley.edu), but that's a whole 'nother story. And no, I'm not a pod person. Usually. Though some friends might dispute that statement.
